Nittany Lion Women Take Team Title at Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup; Men Finish Second
Paced by victories from sophomore Caitlin Lane (Greenwich, N.Y.), senior Cheryl Spring (The Woodlands, Texas), and the 4x400-meter relay, the Nittany Lion women's squad took top honors in the team standings, Saturday at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup at Horace Ashenfelter III Indoor Track. Juniors Blake Eaton (Allegeny, N.Y.) and Lionel Williams (Staten Island, N.Y.) picked up an event wins, helping the Penn State men to a second-place standing in team scoring. Read More >>

Women's DMR Post Winning Effort On Day One of Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup
Despite the snowy weather outside, day one of the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup got underway on Friday at Ashenfelter III Indoor Track, highlighted by outstanding performances by the Nittany Lions in all event areas. The Nittany Lions were paced by a winning effort from the women's distance medley relay, comprised of Lindsey Graybill (Macungie, Pa.), Megan Duncan (North Huntingdon, Pa.), Elizabeth Kearins (Doylestown, Pa.), and Bridget Franek (Hiram, Ohio).
