Before Penn State ... || High School ||Brennan comes to Penn State with some outstanding middle distance credentials, including a 10th-place effort in the 800-meters at New Balance Outdoor Nationals, where he clocked a personal-best 1:51.34. The incoming freshman placed second in the event at the NYSPHSAA State Championships, and was also a member of Monroe-Woodbury's fourth-place 4x800-meter relay. As a junior, Brennan placed third in the half mile at the N.Y. state meet, and went on to anchor the runner-up sprint medley relay at New Balance Outdoor Nationals with an official 800 split of 1:49.13.
