The Lady Lions will once again join in the fight against breast cancer as they host WBCA Pink Zone at Penn State (formerly THINK PINK Day) on Sunday, Feb. 15 at 3 p.m. against Iowa. The women's basketball program has raised more than $50,000 in its first two Pink Zone events, raising more than $20,000 in 2006-07 and more than $30,000 in 2007-08. The Lady Lions will wear pink uniforms when they face the Hawkeyes in the Bryce Jordan Center and all fans are being asked to wear pink as well. Join Washington's Whoopsters Kid Club
2008-09 Washington's Whoopsters Application 
For just $30, the club membership includes admission to all regular-season home games with exclusive "Whoopsters Only" seating in the endzone nearest to the Lady Lion bench. Members also receive an official Whoopsters kids club t-shirt, a chance to be the "Star of the Game" or "Kid on the Bench" during the season, a preseason pizza party with the Lady Lions, a basketball clinic with the team, monthly newsletters, gameday giveaways to the first 200 kids and an official Whoopsters WBCA Pink Zone Day t-shirt.
