A 2009 Student Ticket holder who wishes to attend a home football game now only needs to arrive at Beaver Stadium, Gate A, line up with your class and swipe your Penn State id+ Card for entry. No coupons to remember or lose!2. Each Penn State Student must first create a personal "Student Ticket Manager" account to use their online management tools. This is a convenient and secure way to sell, buy, or forward tickets from your own computer. 3. Only Student Season Ticket holders can sell and forward tickets for a game using Student Ticket Exchange. No fees to sellers. 4. Student Ticket holders may also purchase one (1) additional ticket to validate for guest admittance. The price of the ticket and additional charges are assessed for this validation. A guest is considered any non-Penn State student. This transaction will require a visit to the Bryce Jordan Center Ticket Office. See details below about Guest Tickets. 5. Athletic Ticket Operations is located in the Bryce Jordan Center. Standard hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Please refer below to item #16 about specific deadlines. 6. Any Penn State student may purchase one (1) ticket sell one (1) ticket or receive one (1) forwarded ticket by using the Student Ticket Exchange for an individual game. For example, you may not sell your ticket and then buy or receive a forwarded ticket for the same game! No exceptions. 7. All online transactions will be Student to Student. No exceptions. 8. All tickets will be sold on an individual game basis. 9. All transactions require a valid credit card and a current Penn State id+ card. 10. Students may sell or forward a total of six (6) individual game tickets for the 2009 season. Any combination of selling and forwarding is permitted, but it shall not exceed a total of six (6) for the season. 11. Students MAY forward individual game tickets to a specific student. Students MAY NOT sell their individual game ticket to a specific student. 12. Pricing is determined by the Student Season Ticket holder with a minimum price of $30 and a maximum price of $60 per individual game ticket. The student purchasing the ticket will pay $1.95 and a 15% processing fee based on the posted price of the ticket. This will be assessed at the time of purchase. 13. A student who wishes to receive a forwarded game ticket will be assessed a fee of $1.95 at the time of transaction. 14. Student Groups may block tickets (minimum of 10). Only Penn State students with an individual game ticket associated with their Penn State id+ Card may participate. You may not participate in a group of blocked seats if you also have a guest ticket on your account. 16. Deadlines will definitely apply! Selling/Buying - complete by 5:00 p.m. Thursday the week of a home game Forwarding - complete by 5:00 p.m. Thursday the week of a home game Purchase/Validation of Guest ticket - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 12 noon and 5:00 pm. Advance Group Tickets - 12:00 p.m. Wednesday the week of a home game Group Leader (with ID) picks up blocked group tickets - 12:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Thursday of game week and from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Friday of game week. Effective September 10, all advance group tickets must be picked up at Gate B at the Bryce Jordan Center. 17. Call Penn State Athletics Customer Relations at 814-863-1000 for additional assistance. Tickets will be automatically associated with your Penn State id+ Card if you successfully received a student ticket during the June sale or if you purchased or received a ticket forwarded through Student Ticket Exchange. On Gameday, come to Beaver Stadium, Gate A with your Penn State id+ Card, swipe your card, and follow the stadium directions to your seat. Individual game tickets will be posted for sale on our Student Ticket Exchange exclusively by Penn State student season ticket holders. Once a ticket is purchased, it will be electronically associated with the Buyer's Penn State id+ Card. You may only buy one (1) ticket per game through Student Ticket Exchange. Students who already have an individual game ticket associated with their Penn State id+ Card will not be eligible to buy or receive another ticket for the same game.. To Select Delivery Method, click button for Paperless Ticket - Place my Ticket on Fan Card. Select dropdown and choose your student ID. 6. Complete the billing information using a valid credit card and click on "Purchase Tickets". 7. Come to Beaver Stadium, Gate A with your Penn State id+ Card. Swipe your card and join the" Best Student Section in the Nation"! You will receive a confirmation on the next screen as well as a confirmation email. Within 24 hours, the ticket you purchased will be associated with your Penn State id+ Card. The selling price is established by the Seller and is required to be between a minimum price of $30 and a maximum price of $60, not including processing fees. In addition to the price of the ticket, you will be charged a 15% processing fee at time of purchase and $1.95. For example, you purchase the ticket for $30, and you will pay $1.95 plus the additional (15%) processing fee of $4.50. Total cost=$34.50 Can't make it to the game? Sell your ticket on Student Ticket Exchange. Tickets sold on Student Ticket Exchange can only be purchased by another Penn State Student. Once your ticket is sold, it is removed from your account and you cannot sell it again and you will be unable to buy another for the same game. Remember....one transaction per game. DEADLINES: If you are Selling/Buying/Forwarding - complete your transaction by 5 p.m. on Thursday the week of a home game. To sell a ticket, follow the steps below: 1. Notice that the ticket status shows that it has been transferred to your ID card. 3. Click "Cancel" to disassociate your ID # from this ticket and click "Continue" until the cancel is complete. 4. Return to your Ticket Manager and check the box next to the "Seat" and then click "Sell" 5.Set the ticket selling price (Minimum $30 - Maximum $60) 6. Click "Post for Sale". Ticket will remain for sale until you edit, cancel the sale or until the default cut-off time. You will receive a confirmation email of your posting and when your ticket is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email. Proceeds from each individual sale will be applied as Lion Cash to your Penn State ID + card the week following the next home game. If you do not have a Lion Cash account, you will receive a check before January 1, 2010. If ticket expires without sale, you will receive an email notice that your ticket has not been purchased. If this happens, the unsold ticket will be automatically returned to the ORIGINAL Penn State Student id+ card. Penn State Student Football Season Ticket Holders can forward an individual game ticket to another Penn State student at no charge to the ticket holder. This is DIFFERENT than selling a ticket and the recipient will pay $1.95 as a processing fee. Remember, you may have only one (1) online transaction per student/game. Students who already have an individual game ticket associated with their Penn State id+ Card will not be eligible to receive a forwarded ticket. DEADLINES: If you are Selling/Buying/Forwarding - complete your transaction by 5 p.m. on Thursday the week of a home game. To forward your game ticket, follow the directions below: 1. The Ticket Holder must have the recipient's name and official Penn State email address. 2. Log on to Student Ticket Manager: https://oss.ticketmaster.com/html/home.htmI?l=EN&team=psustud 3. Click "Manage Your Tickets" and find the individual game ticket you would like to forward. Notice that the ticket status shows that it has been transferred to your ID card. 4. Click "Cancel" to disassociate your ID # from this ticket. Click "Continue" until the cancel is complete then click "Return to Ticket Management". 5. Check the box next to the "Seat" and then the "Forward" option. 6. Follow the directions asking for the recipient's name and email address. 3. The recipient will be sent an email invitation to accept your individual game ticket. 4. The recipient will also accept a $1.95 processing fee associated with forwarding a ticket. The recipient must pay the fee with a valid credit card or the transaction will be voided. Once a ticket is accepted and the fee paid, the ticket is associated with the ID of the student who received the forward. If the forward invitation expires, the ticket will be re-associated with the ORIGINAL Penn State Student id+ card. To receive a forwarded game ticket, follow the directions below: 1. Look for an email from the ticket holder inviting you to accept a forwarded ticket! 2. You choose to "Accept" or "Decline" 3. If you accept, you will log in to your "Penn State Student Ticket Manager" (https://oss.ticketmaster.com/html/home.htmI?l=EN&team=psustud) 4. On ticket options page, click the radio button next to Paperless Tickets 5. Under the dropdown, select your student ID and click "Continue". 6. Enter billing information to pay $1.95 fee and click "Accept Offer" 7. You will receive a confirmation on the next screen and a confirmation e mail will be generated. 8. Come to Beaver Stadium, Gate A with your Penn State id+ Card. Swipe your card and join the" Best Student Section in the Nation"! Once a ticket is accepted and the fee paid, the ticket is associated with the ID of the student who received the forward. If the forward invitation expires, the ticket will be re-associated with the ORIGINAL Penn State Student id+ card. Penn State students can continue to bring a non-student guest into a game. Students and their guest must enter the Stadium together and sit together. This is a special circumstance and it requires special procedures, but sharing the Best Student Section in the Country with a friend is surely worth the effort! DEADLINES: To Purchase/Validate a Guest ticket, you must make a personal visit to the Bryce Jordan Center Ticket Office. Special Hours to buy a Guest Ticket: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 12 noon and 5:00 p.m. ***A student who intends to block a group of tickets, cannot bring a Guest into the group To bring a guest to the game, follow the directions below: 1. The Student ticket holder visits the BJC Ticket Office and must have their Penn State Student id+ card and a valid credit card. 2. An authorized Ticket Representative will purchase a student ticket via the Student Ticket Exchange (Tickets subject to availability. The second ticket will be assigned to the purchaser's Student ID+ card. 3. The student purchaser must pay the posted Student Ticket Exchange price for the ticket, a 15% processing fee $1.95 fee, and an additional $29 to validate the ticket for use by a non-Penn State student. 4. The student requesting the Guest ticket will now have two (2) tickets associated with their Penn State id+ Card. 5. The Penn State student and his/her guest must enter Gate A together for the game, as the id+ card will authorize two (2) valid entrants when swiped. 6. Swipe your card and follow the stadium directions to your seat. Students! Enjoy the convenience of Advanced Seating for you and your friends! Sit with your friends (minimum of 10) in the "Best Student Section in the Country"! To block a group of tickets together, the first thing your group needs is to choose a leader to create a group. DEADLINES: All group seating must be finalized by Noon on the Wednesday prior to any Penn State home game. Group leaders must pick up the tickets at Gate B at the Bryce Jordan Center from 12:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Thursday of game week and from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Friday of game week. To create a group, follow the directions below: 1. The Group Leader logs into "My Penn State Student Ticket Manager". https://oss.ticketmaster.com/html/home.htmI?l=EN&team=psustud 2. Click on "Create a Group" found in the Group Seating section in the lower left of the page. 3. Create a name and password for your group. Confirm your group's password. 4. Define the classes within your group and set the maximum number of seats needed for your group (minimum of 10). 5. Select the game(s) for the group block. 6. Click "Continue" and confirm the information. 7. Click "Create Group". 8. The leader receives email confirming Group Creation. 9. Share the group name and password with your friends so they can join the group with tickets all together! 10. The Group Leader must also JOIN the group - follow the directions below. 11. Group Leader (with ID) picks up blocked group tickets - 12:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Thursday of game week and from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Friday of game week. On the lower left of your screen, click "View or Join a Club Group". 7. Select the game and seat you would like and click "Group". 9. Enter group name and password. 10. Click "Continue". 11.
