Food as Fuel

One-on-One Nutrition Counseling
Our Sports Nutritionist is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm for nutrition counseling. Nutrition counseling can be used to evaluate an athlete's current diet and determine changes to be made dependent upon the athlete's goals.

Diet adjustments can be used for:

  • Gaining muscle
  • Losing body fat
  • Improving recovery
  • Improving energy levels
  • Timing of eating

Our sports nutritionist will evaluate an athlete's concerns about their current eating behaviors and will work in conjunction with the athlete to set SMART nutrition goals. Based on an athlete's goals, the sports nutritionist will provide an individualized meal plan.

Athlete Fueling Stations
Fueling station foods can provide energy for high quality practice and workouts. It is the goal of the Sports Nutrition team to assure that no athlete is ever found without adequate calories to sustain a team workout.

Athletes have incredibly busy lifestyles, running from classes to training sessions all day everyday. Without adequate nutrition and convenience, an athlete may find themselves lacking enough energy to sustain their high workload. Athlete fueling stations are conveniently located near where each athletic team works out to assure that athletes have access to a variety of foods all day long, but most importantly before and after an intense workout. These foods are restocked weekly and provided free of charge to assure that no athlete will ever go hungry.
