Credentials/Team Travel Information
Credentials will be provided by the NCAA. Credentials will be provided for coaches, competitors, trainers, managers,
officials, VIP, event staff and media. Each type of credential will be a different color.
Additional credentials may be purchased only for individuals listed on the institution's NCAA Staff Reporting Form.
Please print adhesive name labels for all assigned credentials.
The official traveling party for each institution for the championships is based on the formula below.
Credential and Official Travel Party Formula:
• One to three student-athletes = One non student-athlete in official travel party
• Four to six student-athletes = Two non student-athletes in official travel party
• Seven to nine student-athletes = Three non student-athletes in official travel party
• 10 or more student-athletes = Five non student-athletes in official travel party

Facility Information
Penn State's Multi-Sport Facility will play host to this year's 2009 National Collegiate
Fencing Championships. The facility has hosted the Big Ten championships for both men's and women's track & field,
but the 2009 National Collegiate Fencing Championship will be the first fencing event the facility has hosted.
Penn State is proud of its rich fencing tradition and welcomes the championship to Happy Valley and the Multi-Sport Facility.

Men's Coaches' Meeting- Wednesday, March 18 at 7 pm at the Multi-Sport Facility

Awards Ceremony
Fencers shall be dressed in official school team warm-up. Prior to the final round,
advance notice will be given to participating fencers to gather and prepare for the awards ceremony.
