UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.; - To celebrate National Student Athlete Month the Penn State All-Sports Museum welcomes NIT champions Will Leiner and Danny Morrissey to the Clemens Family Theatre inside the Penn State All-Sports Museum.

With a chorus of cheers from 36 busloads of fans ringing down on them and a who's who of Penn State dignitaries in the stands, the Nittany Lion basketball team left the Madison Square Garden floor Thursday night as no other had before in program history, as national tournament champions.

During the entire month of April, student-athletes' achievements on and off the playing fields are celebrated across America. As part of this, the Penn State Sports Museum will honor two members of the Penn State men's basketball team. Thanks to this year's team, the Nittany Lions men's basketball team won its first ever-national tournament title on April 2. Join Morrissey and Leiner on Wednesday April 15 at 2 pm. to discuss their run through the NIT, their collegiate basketball careers, as well as their plans upon graduation.
