Lacrosse Winter Camp
The main focus of the Penn State Lacrosse Winter Camp is to provide a high quality teaching opportunity and competition. This is a great opportunity to prepare for the spring season! The camp will focus on developing stick work, shooting techniques and defensive concepts. In addition, the mental aspect of competition and how to become a better team leader will be addressed.
Amy Altig, Penn State Assistant Coach and U.S. National Team Goalkeeper, will be conducting specialized goalkeeping instruction during camp.
