Who Should Attend

The Penn State 5v5 Lacrosse Invitational & Clinic is open to players in grades 9-12. Teams and/or individuals are welcome to attend. Teams must send a minimum of five players and no more than eight players. Those teams registering must bring a goalie.

The Penn State Lacrosse Winter Camp is open to girls in grades 8-12.

About the Camps

5v5 Lacrosse Invitational & Clinic

The main focus of the Penn State 5v5 Lacrosse Invitational & Clinic is to provide a high quality off-season teaching opportunity and competition. All players will have an opportunity to improve their individual skills and techniques while developing team concepts in game play. It is intended to give athletes an opportunity to improve their skills under the tutelage of the Penn State coaching staff. The clinic will focus on the technical and tactical aspects of the game for all positional players in a fun and competitive environment.

Features of the Penn State 5v5 Lacrosse Invitational & Clinic

• Teams and/or individuals are welcome
• Instruction by Penn State coaches
• Games played on field turf
• Certified trainers for instruction and all games

What to Bring

Equipment: Players should bring their own lacrosse sticks. Goggles and mouth guards are mandatory. Turf shoes or cross trainers are recommended. Goal keepers should bring all necessary gear. Rain gear is recommended, depending on the weather. Each team/individual needs to bring a reversible jersey.

Please bring lunch/snacks to stay energized during the clinic. Water will be provided.

Who: Grades 9-12

Fee:
• $70 individual fee

$350/team fee, includes instruction and games--A team must bring a minimum of five players and no more than eight players. Each team must bring a goalie.

Lacrosse Winter Camp

The main focus of the Penn State Lacrosse Winter Camp is to provide a high quality teaching opportunity and competition. This is a great opportunity to prepare for the spring season! The camp will focus on developing stickwork, shooting techniques and defensive concepts. In addition, the mental aspect of competition and how to become a better team leader will be addressed.

What to Bring

Equipment: Players should bring their own lacrosse sticks. Goggles and mouth guards are mandatory. Turf shoes or cross trainers are recommended. Goal keepers should bring all necessary gear.

Lunch and dinner will be provided. Bring a water bottle. Water will be available during the clinic.

Who: Grades 8-12

Fee:
• $150 individual fee
