INTRODUCTIONIn May 2011, Josh Brandwene was introduced as the first head coach of the Penn State women's ice hockey team. PSU's inaugural varsity team made history in October by winning its first ever game, 5-3 over the University of Vermont. Brandwene's experience includes over 20 years of coaching and administrative experience at the international, collegiate and prep school levels. Dear Parents, Thank you for considering the Penn State Girls Ice Hockey Camp. My very first coaching experience was over 20 years ago as a member of the PSU Hockey Camp staff. The camp was a terrific experience then, and it's even better now! Those of you considering sending a child for the first time, we realize there are several camp options available for you and your family, and we appreciate your consideration. Our staff will provide the very best combination of instruction and a fun experience to players of all ability levels. To those who have sent a child to one of our previous camps, thank you for your continued loyalty. Your child's camp experience will be fantastic and we look forward to seeing you this summer! Warm regards,
Josh Brandwene
