Registration -
Coach/Team Representative

Registration for team sport camps is offered online. To reserve a team space for either team camp, the coach/team representative must submit a pre-registration form online, along with a refundable deposit of $300 per team. Upon completion of the camp, the deposit will be refunded and processed within 30 days following the camp's conclusion. Full refunds will be made for cancellations received by the following dates:

• Team Camp I (July 21-24, 2013): June 21, 2013
• Team Camp II (July 24-27, 2013): June 26, 2013

After a team has been registered, the coach/team representative will receive a confirmation e-mail with detailed instructions, including registration links, that he/she can distribute to their players and chaperone(s). The coach/team representative is responsible for providing to each player the team name and password entered during registration. Parents must then register online using the players' registration link along with the team name and password to ensure that their child is placed on the correct team. Chaperone(s) must also register online using the chaperone(s) registration link along with the team name and password.
