About the Resident Camps

Penn State's resident soccer camps are structured to give serious players an opportunity to improve their technical and tactical abilities in practice and game situations. The players are grouped according to ability, experience, maturity and competitive spirit. Participation in all camps is limited to ensure quality instruction.

Facilities -- Exceptional, new natural grass fields, a turf field and large practice areas, playing space is plentiful and readily available. Additional lighted fields also permit 11 vs. 11 games to be played each evening. Game fields, cafeterias, residence halls and recreational facilities are an easy walk from each other.

Equipment -- The players should bring the necessary practice gear, including soccer sneakers and rain gear. Shin guards and a soccer ball are required for all sessions. All participants at the instructional camps will receive a triangle to keep after the camp is over.
