Elite High School Camp (July 9-12)

The Penn State Elite High School Camp is designed for those who are looking to continue their participation in hockey at the NCAA level and want to gain insight on options available at the college level. In addition, players will be exposed to elite College and Pro Coaches.

Who: Grades 8 and up (16U/18U)

Birth Years: Students born in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002

Fees:
$670 resident (includes instruction, housing, meals, a camp jersey)

$595 resident goalie (includes instruction, housing, meals, a camp jersey)

$595 commuter (includes instruction, all meals, a camp jersey)

*** Note: Active charges a transaction fee on all camp registrations.

Resident Goalie Camper:
$595 plus Transaction Fee $25 = $620 total fee
Commuter Camper:

Nittany Lion Development Camp (July 16-19)

The Penn State Nittany Lion Development Camp is open to students grades 5-9. This camp accommodates peewee (12U) and bantam (14U) players looking to develop fundamental skills for playing more effectively as an individual and a team member. Emphasis is placed on both individual and team skills and concepts.

Who: Grades 5-9

Birth Years: Students born in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006

Peewee (12U): Grades 5-6

Bantam (14U): Grades 7-9

Fees:
$670 resident (includes instruction, housing, meals, a camp jersey)

$595 resident goalie (includes instruction, housing, meals, a camp jersey)

$595 commuter (includes instruction, all meals, a camp jersey)

Elite Team Camp (July 30-August 1)

The Penn State Elite Team Camp is open to students in grades 7-10. This physically demanding and competitive camp is specifically designed for players who are serious about raising their skills in preparation for playing hockey in the NCAA. Teams will have access to outstanding facilities and all the amenities of the Penn State campus. Players will train like NCAA Division I athletes. This camp offers an outstanding way to prepare your team for a successful upcoming season.

Teams must send a minimum of eight or up to a maximum of 18 players. Also, if you are bringing more than one team, fill out a completed copy of the team roster for each team.

Who: Grades 7-10, boys

Birth Years: Students born in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004

Fees:
$525 per person resident (includes instruction, housing, meals, a camp jersey)

$465 per person resident goalie (includes instruction, housing, meals, a camp jersey)

$465 per person commuter (includes instruction, all meals, a camp jersey)

Resident Goalie Camper:

Goaltending Instruction

(Applies to all camps)

• Additional on- ice goalie specific instruction

• Off- ice goalie specific instruction and drills will be provided

• Instruction from Professional Head Goalie coach and assistant goalie coaches

Camp Acceptance

(Applies to all camps)

• Applications will be processed by position on a first-come, first-serve basis until the session is filled. Because of the organization of the camp instructional program, it is necessary to accept applicants on the basis of age level and position played. For this reason, applicants of certain positions and age levels will be closed out when that age level and position are filled.


Recreation - During camp, participants can spend their free time enjoying Penn State's many recreational facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool.
