INTRODUCTION
Introduced as just the 12th head coach in Nittany Lion basketball history on June 6, 2011, Patrick Chambers quickly energized the Penn State fan base with his passion and enthusiasm and his team's all-out style of play.
Chambers' reputation for developing players in his summer camps has equaled his team's rise on the court. Campers come to experience the inspirational demonstrations, demanding exercises and fun-filled competitions.
Dear Parents and Campers,
Thank you for considering our Penn State Basketball Camps. As a young basketball player, you will have an opportunity to experience first-hand the growing tradition of Nittany Lion basketball and benefit from one-on-one interaction with our energetic and successful coaching staff. We will stress fundamentals and skill development of the game. Regardless of which camp you choose, you'll leave Penn State a better individual player and a more polished team player.
To those who have sent a child to one of our past camps, thank you for your continued loyalty; rest assured that your child's camp experience will be every bit rewarding. Those considering sending a child for the first time should know that the camper's safety and welfare are our top priority and that your child will receive professional instruction from a team of outstanding coaches.
We hope to see you this summer, and we thank you for the opportunity to be part of your development as a basketball player. In the meantime, we wish you every success at home, in the classroom and on the basketball court.
