We are pleased to announce that the Happy Volley Club Championships and Camp will be held May 27-30, 2016, on the Penn State campus. For those who participated over the last two years, thank you for your support. To our new customers, we believe that this year's event and camp will be a professional and rewarding experience for all the young women you plan to bring to Penn State.
NEW FOR 2016A). Residence Halls Participants:
The Pennsylvania Child Protective Services Law requires all adults, who have direct contact with children in a program, activity or service which is sponsored by a school, to obtain specific background checks. Therefore, coaches and chaperones attending Happy Volley and staying in on-campus residence halls must verify and provide documentation that they are in compliance with the clearance standards under the law of the jurisdiction where one resides (i.e. background checks). If the jurisdiction where the coach/chaperone resides has no clearance standards for working with minors, Penn State will provide a background check by First Advantage.

All adult participants are required to read and understand obligations for reporting child abuse witnessed or suspected during the course of participation in the camp at Penn State University. Adult participants, who willfully fail to report a case of suspected child abuse, will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal. Adult participants are protected by Pennsylvania law and Penn State policy from discrimination for filing a good faith report of child abuse.
