UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Six members of the Penn State football program visited
the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center in Altoona on Thursday to show their
support for those who have represented our country as service men and women.
DaQuan Jones, Stephen Obeng-Agyapong, Brent Smith, John Urschel and Malcolm Willis
all took the trip, signed autographs and talked football with some of the
veterans inside the VA Medical Center. Smith is a former U.S. Marine who served
two tours of duty in Iraq.
