VIDEO: Tour the Finished Penn State Football Weight Room

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State football's Director of Strength and Conditioning, Craig Fitzgerald, is counting down the days until the Nittany Lions kick off their summer conditioning program on May 14 in the finished weight room inside the Lasch Football Building.

After working more than 12 hours on Saturday, Fitzgerald and the installation crews from Penn State OPP and Sorinex Exercise Equipment put the finishing touches on the new equipment configured in 24 stations that will host all strength and conditioning activities for Nittany Lion football.  Head into the custom finished weight room for an exclusive tour with Fitzgerald.
